System Function

All residential structures are standardized based on neighboring proximity:

  • Multi-Family Structures
    • A single structure that occupies multiple families in separate residences with a shared entrance. Structure may also hold shared spaces and facilities.
    • Highest priority for all economic resources.
  • Connected Single-Family Structures
    • A group of distinct structures connected by at least one wall to a neighboring structure. Each structure has it’s private entrance.
    • Second priority for labor resources.
  • Detached Single-Family Structures
    • A single structure not connected by any walls to another residential structure. Each structure has a private entrance to the immediate land surrounding the structure.
    • Last priority for labor resources.
