System Brief
To make our community schedules more efficient, the Community Calendar will be updated to a thirteen (13) month format.

- A more predictable format allows people to process schedule information much easier.

- A more standardized format allows logistics to be more efficient.
System Function
The yearly calendar will update to a thirteen (13) months, each month consisting of twenty-eight (28) days divided into four (4) weeks, each week consisting of seven (7) days.
The calendar will retain the existing month and week names. The community will need to define a name for the thirteenth month.
This will result in one or two additional days (leap year) that fall outside the months. This will be considered the new Leap Days.
System Output
All public records defined in the Gregorian calendar will need to be converted into the new Consistent calendar.
System Requirements
No significant resources to maintain.
